I met Malcolm Swain in 1995 at one of the lectures he was giving to a circle of friends. During this period of my life, I was constantly tired, depressed and simply starting to feel like an aging woman. My biggest problems included continued bouts of constipation and sleeplessness; I was extremely restless, stressed beyond control, and also I had been gaining weight and eating constantly.

My life changed when I started cleansing my internal body using a protocol given to me by Mr. Swain. The first product I started using, with uncertainty, was the Yogi Flush. Much to my surprise, I felt like this product alone gave me wings and a joy of living! My digestion improved tremendously.

I then started using various teas from Micro Cosmic Nutrition and Optimum Balance, as well as such nutritional supplements as Spirulina and Flax Seed Oil. Not only did I lose weight but my energy level, physical appearance and general health improved to the point that I can honestly say it is better now than I remember it being in the last 30 years. My energy level is that of a 20-year-old. I love the products from Microcosmic Nutrition and I use them often to supplement my diet still to this day.
